This book was great. I haven't had a lot of time to read lately and the fact that it was 10 short stories was also great. I could pick it up and read one (or more because once I read one I wanted to read the next one right away also) for a quick break. Each story was well written and caught you up right away. Each story surprised me, I wasn't able to predict the ending of any of them and that is unusual and a real treat. It was like a literary trip through the twilight zone, definitely 10 different monsters! I now need to see what else this author has written. I am really hoping that there are more monsters in the wings

Love this book. Alex, the biker, chases Meadow across country for a year when he finally catches her. She hates him for everything he has done, problem is, she has no idea what he has done or what has been done to him. Can these two come together to fight? Can she forgive him for all the pain? Will he ever tell her the whole truth? can not wait for the next book...this is a 5 star book. You must read it

I had no idea what to expect with this book. The blurb grabbed my attention but it gave nothing away so I went into this story not knowing what it was about or whether I would enjoy it...but in the end I LOVED it.
I don't often give 5 stars to books not because there aren't great books out there but because to me a 5 star rating has to be given to a book that goes above and beyond my expectations and tells a story that has me so captivated the thought of finishing the story actually saddens me. And I felt all that and more for this story.
It was sexy, dark, raw, thrilling...everything I love. The characters, especially Zeth and Sloane were so raw, so broken in some ways and yet so powerful. I felt for Sloane, what she went through for her sister, how strong she was when she accepted she couldn't do anything more and she has so much spirit and fight in her no matter what life throws her way.
And Zeth...no words to describe how much I LOVE him. He is rude, dangerous, dirty, mean but I love him. I'm all about BBF's who are no where near the knight in shining armour but who are sexy, dominant and rough and Zeth certainly is all those.
The plot is full of suspense right from the beginning. The blurb really doesn't give much away so you go into this book with eyes wide open dying to know what is going on and what's going to happen. I was holding my breath at the party, wondering what way is was going to play out and when Michael reveals the information all readers are desperate to know..is she dead? Is she alive? And if so where is she?
I was so caught up in the book that when I turned onto the epilogue I didn't realise I had read so quickly and was thoroughly disappointed that the book was coming to an end and I would have to wait for the next instalment.
I am not patient when it comes to waiting for the next book in the series to be released, especially books I'm crazy about so I have everything crossed the wait won't be too long.
Brilliant characters, brilliant story line, too hot for words sex scenes full of dark passion. Big praise to the author for creating such a captivating story and I will be hitting the one-click button as soon as book 2 is released.

This is a very quick read. I had a hard time putting it down. While some of the story lines have been done before the author has written a really charming story with characters that draw you in. Harp has not has an easy life but she is looking forward to the future. I like that her best friend and the only person she opens up to is a guy. Things then progress from friendship to romance. The only issue I have with the story is how quickly Harp’s mother changes. The catalyst to wake her up makes sense but it’s just such a quick 180 degree turnaround it’s tough to accept. Once you hear her story you can understand her bitterness but tough as the reader to forgive her after how she treated Harp. I do think the author does a good job with Harp’s reaction. She feels like you as the reader do and can’t forgive or forget easily. Fair warning there is a sequel the book does not end on a cliffhanger but the story is far from resolved.

I fell in love with the main and supporting characters. Krista and Becca do such a good job creating characters that have a ton of depth and have you behind them 100%. This book stands out from many of the recent new adult books I have read for a few different reasons. The HEA took a lot of work. Rose and Connor’s relationship has grown over a number of years from friendship to living together. They have built an amazing relationship in which they challenge and support each other through thick and thin. Both have their faults but they are aware of them and except them. They aren’t trying to change each other. They also support the others dreams. I think Connor and Rose are perfect for each other. I also think it’s an interesting choice to have Rose as a virgin at 23. She is a strong beautiful intelligent woman with a hot boyfriend who has made the choice to wait. Luckily that isn’t the focus of the story. It does come up but it isn’t dragged out. There are a lot of laughs throughout the book and it was a really quick read even with the length.

WOW...what an amazing book! I don't know how to describe how much I loved reading this story but I will try.
First off, I have to mention that this isn't the type of genre I normally read, but when I read the blurb something just caught my attention and I HAD to read it and now I'm so glad I did.
I really don't want to go into the plot too much because I loved every second and I want other readers to have that joy as well but I will say the author takes you on a roller coaster of emotions..I felt anger, sadness, happiness, love, dread...every emotion possible and that for me makes a great story and a great author, when a book can make you feel so much.
I was never bored through this story, I read every part with my eyes glued to my kindle dying to know what would happen next and praying it would all work out well.
I loved all the characters in this book...well the ones you are meant to love. Arien, Abby, Joseph..and all the others. They were wonderful, so kind, thoughtful, loving, understanding and so unbelievably strong after everything they have been through.
The characters you were meant to hate...well I LOATHED them. Never have I hated a character so much than Abraham and you will discover why when you read it.
A sign of a brilliant author when you can feel such emotions for characters in a book.
This is a hidden gem of a story that book lovers need to read. I cried, laughed, smiled, prayed even!! Throughout this book and I can't wait to read the second. I really hope we continue to follow the lives of these characters and discover what's next for them.
A brilliant and original story that will captivate you.
